Really Nice to see a delicious snacks. Could please clarify two points
1. All purpose flour - please elaborate
2. bread crumbs - is it fried bread pieces or the middle piece of the bread
All purpose flour is similar to Maida.
regarding bread crumbs In this recipe, Dry bread crumbs are used. It can be purchased in any supermarket. Homemade dry crumbs are made by placing a single layer of bread slices on a baking sheet and baking at 300°F until completely dry and lightly browned. The slices are cooled before processing in a blender or food processor until very fine. Alternative to bread crumbs is, you can fine grind the tea rusk.
thanks for dropping by and I hope your queries are answered.
Thnks a lot . I prepared this for a party and it came out very well.
